The subject of the first negative comment written by the young girl would be referring to the previous owner, Dan Gracyalny who sold the business 3 years ago. I've had work done there since the new owners bought it and they are very easy to work with and the quality of their work was fabulous. They not only gave me a loaner car but also split my deductible with me as well.
The paint on my front bumper was scraped off by another vehicle in a parking lot. I went to three different places for estimates and Gracy's was the best. They gave me the lowest price and the best customer service! Knowing I wasn't at fault and that I was working with the other driver to get it fixed, Gracy's was understanding and made the process very easy. My front bumper now looks as good as new! There was also an old scratch on the back bumper and they used the extra touch up paint to cover it up for free. I hope I don't need to have my car touched up in the future, but if I do, I'll be sure to go to Gracy's!
