The owners suck and the store is rundown and dirty

Ace hardware in Little Chute had better get their act together! They had an item priced different than what it scanned at the register. It scanned in at $1.00 higher. I had a one day coupon offer on 9/9/2017 for 50% off one item. The coupon would not work if they lowered the price MANUALLY for the $1.00 difference. That meant we would have split the difference to $.50 each. They would NOT do it. So they lost a $17.99 sale. So much for customer service. I will never walk in that place again. So Ace Hardware my question is, "was it worth losing a customer for $.50?" All of this was due to YOUR pricing error!!!!!
Went to buy a lawn mower and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Always helpful and friendly!
They cannot mix black paint however. Seriously?
