This is Jennifer O'Connell, in response to Mr. Harbaugh's review of my funeral home. I have searched my computer for his name and it is not in there. That tells me that he was never mentioned in an obituary prepared by O'Connell Funeral Home, meaning he is not a member of any family I have served. I do not know who he is, I do not know why he has reviewed my funeral home poorly.
Unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Also, in checking the other reviews he has posted, he has nothing good to say about anyone.
